great waitress warm staff
Dhwani was a great waitress in the executive lounge. She was polite. staff services were attentive and warm from reception to the door.
there was not a thermostat to control the room temperature inside the room.

helpful manager polite staff broken tv warm drinks
the staff were all polite! (and i love that). they accommodated every need i had. the manager, mary, was so helpful. i felt welcome and would love to return in the future.
the minibar had half-eaten packets of food and drinks were warm because the fridge did not work properly. the tv also didn't work! i tried to order room service, but the wait was over an hour, disappointing.

ground floor staff rooftop bar caring staff unclean bathrobe tear mark unchanged sheet
I was happy with my room. I got the Terrace Suite. The rooftop bar was awesome, and I got good service there. The ground floor staffs were also very nice to me. I find them to be super caring.
I did not like that my sheets in the room were not changed . The bathrobes were in bad condition too. I also found tear marks on the headboard, which I did not expect.

unhelpful staff poor communication
the cocktail bar on the 10th floor seemed nice.
The spa was disappointing. It felt very coupley. the staff weren't very helpful and didn't check on massage services when i asked, even though the spa closed soon after i arrived, it was annoying.
